The phone is supplied with 1230 mAh Li-ion battery which gives a stand by time of around 276 hours and talk time of 4 hours and 30 minutes which is very less and could have been way better.

The speaker is also OK and not great and produces not a good quality of music although music from headphones is of excellent quality.
This device by Sony Ericsson is a sequel to the Vivaz only it is accompanied with the much powerful android system.
The Xperia Neo in its factory installed packing comes with a charger, a micro USB cable and a headset inside its box. The box also has a 8GB memory card to use up for any storage needs that a user has.
The Company has been designing phones with curves and recently that has become the company’s trade mark and is certainly something that holds them in good stead but it also gives them an advantage as the curvature shape allows the large size of the phone to look smaller and thinner than it actually is and makes it a lot more easier to hold and secure in one’s hand.
The shape of the phone is similar to that if the Vivaz as that is what the inspiration for this device is. The device is made of plastic but that is admirable as that keeps the weight and size balance in check mand manageable.
The 3.7” screen in the Neo is equipped with Led backlight and the color and contrasts of the device are decent and under the sun the screen fares above average. Though at angles the story is totally different and the quality of the visual quickly degrades.
As this is an android phone then according changes have taken place in the interface. Although there are only a few minor cosmetic changes everything else is pretty much the same but the new OS allows this device to have a lot more gaming capabilities. This OS allows us to have 5 different panes with which to decorate our widgets and icons.
The phone book for the Neo in no other words is just simply beautiful. It is very visually pleasing and has nice formats to allow for easy integration while the phone book itself allows us to store extensive number of contacts and store extensive information on them and a quick contact look up is also enable which only displays the bare details of the contact which is what is required most of the time
The telephony of the phone is good with reception judged to be good and the signals held their own too but the issue came with the smart dialing which is just nonexistent in this device.
The messaging of the phone is good and the SMS features of the phone are impressive and smart while synchronizing email is as easy as ever but with most android phones the gmail emal application is separate to the generic mail application.
The gallery is like other droid galleries and it is unfortunate that the picture quality and resolution is decreased but overall the gallery is nice and visually pleasing.
Equipped with android this phone is a good buy, though it lacks certain features especially technical ones that will probably be requirement in 6 months time but till then this is a phone with definite appeal and its available at a lesser price too.
Sony Ericsson Xperia Arc is the flagship phone of the company’s enterprise phones. Equipped with a bravia screen and a very attractive and slim design this device is bound to blow you away and make you an instant fan.
This amazing device when shipped from its manufacturing location comes with a USB charger, a micro USB cable and a headset.
The Arc is a large mobile phone but with only 8.7mm in thickness it really is a marvel how thin it is which makes it look very attractive and sleek. The curvature arc of the phone is what makes it such a marvel. The phone is the thinnest from the center and the created S shape gives it a very firm grip in the hand. Unfortunately the glossy exterior and finishing of the device will make smudges and other marks appear on it and careful handling has to be done and care has to be taken of the device to ensure its visual appeal.
The 4.2’ screen has a very impressive resolution and equipped with a capacitive touch screen which is very responsive and sensitive. The screen also has a multi touch system installed to deal with multi tasking plus it was something that had to be incorporated as all smart phones now have this multi touch property.
The display of the Arc is amazing and its colors are very vibrant and bright and even test showed that the Arc had the best contrast. The only issue with the screen is the viewing angles, as the angles increases the fading of the colors increases as well and the contrast erodes rapidly.
The phone incorporates the ginger bread and this it has 5 panes in its interface that can be edited, modified or customized with widgets and other icons available from the list.
The arc has a decent image gallery but the size of the images is reduced and that is a problem with this OS which cannot be altered right now but should certainly be looked in to. The music player is impressive and it has different tabs in which to sort music and it allows seamless mobility in moving from song to song and it is very adept at updating play lists and is visually attractive.
The 8MP camera of the phone is amazing with very high resolution and LED flash and the imaging results are just outstanding. The camera also allows different modifications and set ups and resolution setting etc. The ARC also has an HD recording feature and It records then at 30fps and results of the videos are excellent and most importantly they run without any hiccups.
The phone also has a great browser that allows multiple tabs to opened at the same time which is very handy and the navigation through different pages is very easy to once you get the hang of it.
The Sony Ericson Arc is an exceptional device but you have to dish out money for it but once you do that it is a whole world onto its own which you can have a lot of fun with.
The first thing to note about this Nokia model is its very unconventional and very streamlined design. The X7-00 has been made to impress and attract and that it does very convincingly.
The X7-00 does lag behind in the sense that Symbian Anna is not as advanced and evolved as Android or the iOS but it still is very decent but because of the applications available for this phone are limited compared to its apple and Google counterparts.
The Nokia X7-00 comes equipped a charger, a head set and a microUSB cable but the added factor is that the factory packaging also includes an 8GB microSD card which is already installed in the device.
The phone as touched on before is a very attractive device and it has a very sci-fi look to it. Both the colors for the phone, black and silver steel look very attractive and the grills on the edges of the phone give it a very classy but modern look. The 4” inch screen is also very usable and matches with the phones personality and it gives very good colors even at sharper angles and the diminishing of colors is pretty low.
The top of the phone plays host to the audio jack, the power key which besides being responsible for its name sake also handles the profiles and screen lock functionalities. The last connection available on the top is the microUSB . The microSD card tray and the SIM tray are also fashioned on the sides of the X7-00. The back of the phone is a very impressive stainless steel structure which houses the 8MP camera. The backside of the phone though does not allow access to the battery and the battery life for this device is not that impressive compared to others in the same category.
The X7-00 is one the Nokia phones with the new operating system the Symbian Anna. With this OS the phones certain aspects such as browsers and interfaces have been upgraded but overall they have the same outlay and the job of integrating the new OS has not been done seamlessly.
The phonebook for the X7 is functional and it allows contacts to be exchanged or synced through the user’s accounts. A useful feature is having most used of frequent contacts which are displayed at the summit of the list and save time and scrolling.
The phone is good with regards to its telephone reception and voice though noise may suffer in environments that have a lot of background noise.
The X7 allows a lot of flexibility with messaging and you can view messages as conversations or as threads. Syncing of Email is very easy to set up and use and tutorials are included for it and multiple email accounts can be set up.
The multimedia abilities of this phone are what make it the prize cath for who buys this phone as the 8MP camera is impressive and it allows video recording at 720p.
Overall this is one of the best devices that have come out from Nokia in some time but considering what it offers other models on the market beat this device but even then features of the phone do hold on their own. In terms of functionality this is a good phone but its most marketable feature is its uniqueness.
